This document proposes a model for faculty accreditation in management education. It suggests assessing faculty based on various parameters such as academic development, intellectual contribution, collaboration, social responsibility, and international experience. A point-based system is outlined across these categories. A selection process involves peer review followed by a presentation and interview. Final certification would be awarded in the form of state-level stars (e.g. State A Star) based on points. The goal is to recognize faculty who exceed quality standards in teaching, research, and service. Contact information is provided to discuss the model in more detail.
