2. Due to influencesof your past, your own body
and mind, surroundings, peers, media, and the
overall value system; your mind wavers. You
get dragged after what is preferred by the
others, rather than your own best choice, your
own innate urge!!
When this becomes difficult; i.e. others do not
like you as much as you would like them to; or
you start realizing that their flattery is hollow
and false; you start developing self pity, your
self esteem dwindles.
In the process you become miserable seeker-
beggar and hysterical even due to trivial
unpleasant incidents!
Neither you realize your own dreams nor do
you succeed in pursuits you get trapped into
and get depressed!
3. To prevent or defeat this depression; the best
way is to practice NAMASMARAN! This helps
you to identify, confirm, prioritize and assert
your innate urge and reinforce it; in spite of all
adversities!
