Established in 2007, SAN Sourcing
Ltd is the Bangladesh liaison office
and sister concern of SAN
International we started in 1999.
With 7 manufacturing factories
located in India, SAN has elevated
itself as one of the largest blouse
manufacturers for the German
clothing market and has also
branched out in further product
lines such as bottoms, denims,
knits and woven etc.
5. SAN
The commencement of the
Bangladesh office was initiated by
two individuals in regard to the
growing demand of competitive
price and GSP advantage available
within the country. At present,
SAN has international offices set
in a global network in countries
like Hong Kong, Singapore,
Indonesia, Germany, USA, UK and
Canada.
6. SAN has three specialized teams dedicated to
the responsibilities of design, merchandising,
compliance and quality control. The research
and design team concentrates on product
development that is in tune with
contemporary fashion trends. Their
responsibilities lie in creating seasonal
collections based on extensive trend research
surrounding new accessories, trims, fabrics,
finishes, washes etc and translating the
customer’s needs into innovative designs and
samples. The R&D team also prepares
periodic collections for the in-house brand,
that is procured from current international
trends in order to give a fair idea to the
customer on different options and
possibilities per market segment.

7. Merchandising team consists of
experienced merchandisers whose
utmost priority is successful order
execution of the customers. The
dedicated team is segmented accordingly
for each customer so all of them get the
appropriate feedback and information
required in the fast-paced process of
order. They communicate with customers
on a day to day basis and perform
constant follow up activities on orders on
behalf of customers.
How we work…
8. Quality control team specializes on prevention
and control in order to produce the most
refined products for our customers. Their
responsibilities include pre-production meeting,
abiding to guidelines from customers, setting up
quality standards at factories and monitoring
them. SAN designates individuals’ quality
controllers per factory in order to monitor and
execute orders as per customer’s requirements.
Furthermore, they also perform in-house testing
in order to ensure customer on requested
quality standards.
