Outcomes UK (OUK) is a Children Services organisation. We undertake work with Local Authorities and the voluntary sector across the UK.
We can demonstrate experience, capacity and knowledge specifically relating to Children and Family Services. We have experience of

are often commissioned by Local Authorities to provide advice or expertise in relation to service improvement or development and specialist

Recruitment & Resourcing Division
Outcomes UK can provide a range of resourcing and recruitment solutions to ensure quality service delivery and value for money. We can
provide either singly or in combination; interim staff (Social Workers & management, from 2 years post qualified to director level), resourcing
teams for specific tasks or services, and permanent recruitment solutions. Although we can provide agency locum social worker staff, we
believe our “resource team” project managed approach delivers better outcomes and value for the client.
Improving services and making effective change from within requires the placement of knowledgeable and accomplished interim staff.
OUK Associates are outstanding individuals who offer a range of skills and experience in Children’s Services.
