5. our core
activities
As the first internationally accredited business school in Thailand, Sasin School of
Management is dedicated to grooming future leaders in the area of sustainability
management, a rapidly maturing objective throughout the business world. SEC’s core
functions are helping develop curriculum, planning bespoke corporate training and
consulting programs, conducting academic research, and providing a channel for community
outreach. Above all, SEC emphasizes the importance of partnerships that work toward social,
environmental, and economic balance.

Sustainability Entrepreneurship
7. Sasin’s Sustainability & Entrepreneurship Center continues to be a model
for embedding sustainability management thinking and an
entrepreneurial mindset among business leaders.
Our growing network of professionals and students comes together for
our frequent events, some of them under Net Impact’s Sasin-based
Bangkok Professional Chapter. Among these activities are lunch meetings
led by world-class speakers; site visits; networking nights; and film
screenings.
Now that Sasin has formally installed sustainability and entrepreneurship
as the twin focuses for the School's strategic emphasis, the impetus for
interdisciplinary partnering has grown and produced admirable results.
This overview of our most recent endeavors is an indication of early
successes. We have been inspired by this progress and hope that you will
be, too.
