My business career actually started with Philadelphia attorneys - I was trained as a paralegal & negotiator. I continued in this field & furthered my education and worked as a negotiator for a local law firm for many years. I obtained my California Real Estate license in 1982 and later obtained my Broker’s License. The resourcefulness I acquired in the law office plus being well schooled in negotiating brought me many awards & accolades.
