  1. Hello I am- I co-ordinate a partnership of reader development practitioners working in public libraries in the NW of the UK. We are called Time To Read and we we pioneered a cross-authority way of working, which is gradually being copied in other parts of the UK. I am going to talk to you v. briefly about how and why the network developed, and about how we wrote and agreed a regional strategy which we continue to monitor.
