Registering and setting up a website for free with Weebly.com

1. Register for Weebly to create a free website for your business Weebly.com is an easy to use and nice looking website creation tool. It has “pay for” upgrades but the free to use basics are all you need!

2. Enter what you would like the name of your website to be. Possibly the name of your business…For Example: Sam’s Awesome Child Care

3. After you enter your title, choose the Type of Site and the Category. Click Continue.

4. 1) 2) 3) 1) Use a Subdomain is the free option, this just puts weebly.com at the end of your url.2) Register a New Domain, you can do this but you will have to purchase it.3) Use a domain you already own, if you already have a website domain name, insert it in the 3rd option.

5. Free Option: Subdomain of Weebly.com is what this example uses. Click Continue.

6. Now you can add all sorts of stuff to the page with the tool bar at the top. Completely drag and drop. Click on “Paragraph with Title” and Drag it into to “This page is empty…” When you click continue you will be taken to this page! Looks good already, doesn’t it?

7. Click on the box added to type text and edit The tool bar at the top while editing gives you simple and normal options for your text. You can change the color, size, add a link, bold, underline, bullet and even more. Play around with it and see what happens.
