activity you complete while working on your health education activity. This includes time
spent on each step of the nursing process. You should plan to spend two hours assessing
and diagnosing, three hours planning, and one hour each implementing, evaluating, and
reflecting. Your log likely won’t be broken down into such neat pieces, but we strongly
encourage you to record the time as you complete it. If you spend 1.5 hours planning one
night, and then another 1.5 hours planning another night, please record them separately.
