Sean Dowling is the Educational Technology coordinator at the Shajah Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), with the responsibility of implementing and supporting educational technology initiatives within the Sharjah Colleges and the HCT system.
Prior to joining HCT, Sean worked as an eLearning coordinator at the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia. He has also extensive experience teaching EFL in a number of Asian countries.
Sean has a B.Sc in Computer Science from University College Dublin and an M.A in TESOL from the Institute of Education, London.
His research interests include eLearning management systems and the development of multimedia literacies.
