Only 25% of all consumer groups agreed or
strongly agreed that they would recommend
the 2013 Smart TV to friends and family.
Overall, 17% of evaluators would not recommend the 2013 Smart TV to their friends and family.
In general, people tended to like the concept and find the UI visually pleasing, but were not impressed
with the current execution. The general sentiment was that the system as a whole still had too many
issues with usability and user experience that it didn’t feel quite yet “ready for prime time.”
I would recommend this to family and friends
