1. I have known Patsy Lim for almost 20 years.
We first met when I was a real estate agent
selling real estate that Patsy was
instrumental in developing. Subsequently to
that she became my accountant and most
importantly my friend.
2. Patsy has absolute wealth of knowledge
when it comes to business. She has done
just about everything you can think of in her
career. She approaches everything she
does with energy, expertise, a good sense
of humour and high moral standards. It
doesn’t matter what business you’re in –
she has the ability to take what she’s learnt
from her experiences and apply it to your
business.
3. In recent years, Patsy has acted as a
mentor for me. I recently started a new
business and Patsy was extremely helpful in
helping me to understand how to set the
business up – not just with the accounting
systems but also with the general
procedures involved in running a business.
4. It doesn’t matter what I’ve asked her to do.
She is extremely patient and nothing is too
difficult or too much trouble for her – she
always makes the time. She is a true
christian and she goes out of her way to be
extremely helpful and to encourage people
to achieve whatever their potential will allow
them to and more!
5. When I first started in business many years
ago, there was not much opportunity for
mentors. I compare that to my current
business which I’ve only had for 3 years and
the help and input that I’ve had in a
mentoring role has been invaluable. I wish I
could have had that when I started my first
business many years ago.
6. Patsy has all the qualifications to be a truly
wonderful mentor. She has an unselfish
nature in that she is happy to impart her
knowledge to help anyone who finds
themselves in the same position that she
herself would have gone through when she
ran one of her many businesses.
7. Patsy is the sort of person who walks her
talk and lives her dream. She is the most
entrepreneurial person I know. I can
honestly say that Patsy brings her
enthusiasm, competence and integrity to
her work with her clients in that way that is
unique to her. She cares – and that shows.
8. I’ve learnt to trust her judgment and
wisdom. She is definitely the real deal. What
you see is what you get! And she knows
her stuff. I would recommend her services
and training programs to anyone. It’s very
obvious that she has learnt from her
experience (successes and failures) and
has applied the lessons she learnt along the
way for the benefit of her clients.
