8. The system manager should choose a method
for DRM policy setup.
If the manager selects the PC, the USB drive
should be always connected to that same PC for
setting and changing DRM policy.
If the manager select s the token, it is possible to
set up or change DRM policy on any PC where
the token is connected to. Token is an option
product.

16. When [Data Leakage Prevention] is set ON,
a file in the USB drive cannot be copied to
the local disk or removable storage devices.
Copy& Paste, Save As, Clipboard copy are
blocked.
Also, the file cannot be transferred over
networks such as by attaching to e-mails or
through messenger applications.

When [Screen Capture Prevention] is set ON,
the user will not be able to take screen
capture of the opened file in the USB drive
using the Print Screen Key or any other
screen capture applications. When
attempted, only a green screen will be
captured.

18. When [Print Protection] is set ON, various
printing limitation settings are available.
The system manager can either allow or
disallow file printing, and choose whether
the printing will include watermark.
To activate [Watermark Printing], you
should set [Print Protection] to OFF.

19. The system manager can set valid
period and maximum number of login for
SECUDRIVE USB Office. When it
exceeds the limit, the user will no longer
` be able to access the secure zone of the
USB drive.
Only the system manager can clear the
status and make the USB drive available
again.

20. The system manager can choose
whether the USB drive will work read-
only or read/write.
When it is set ‘Read-only’, the files in the
USB drive cannot be edited or deleted.
` Also, it is not possible to write a file to the
USB drive.

21. When it is set [Max 2048 units], the user
cannot login to the USB drive if the event
log is full.
To use the USB drive again, the system
manager should login on the master PC
and clear the log.

22. This option is only available when you use
the master token for DRM policy setup.
