apply for bigger projects, esp. FP7

projects financed for 2010-2011

n Support to seminars and summer universities

n See-Eranet : 2004-2009 : 14 MSs + all the
countries from SEE : exchange of informations +
1 call for proposals financed by the members
n See-Eranet + : 2009- : same program, but with
the possibility of call for proposals cofinanced by
the European commission
