5. On Page – Meta Tags The above is the meta tags for the site. My Observations –Total Characters in Title tag are 57Total Characters in Keyword tag are 100Total Characters in Description tag are 128 In my Experience The Length of meta tags can be of followingTotal Characters in Title tag are 63Total Characters in Keyword tag are 150Total Characters in Description tag are 150 xmlns=“ “ can make a difference in the meta tag The Meta tags can be structure in a better way.

On Page - Keyword Density In the above figure the density of respective keyword is shown, we can see that there are keywords like management which has been repeated a number of times in the meta tags and the content of the landing page. Looking at the above analysis we can say what keywords need to be pushed up and what keywords are relevant to perform.

On page - Keyword Research The site targets two keywords in the title which are “Learning Management System, Performance Management System”, infact we can see that there are other related keywords that are very relevant to the website that were not considered in the list of targeted keywords such as e-Learning, LMS, Performance Evaluation, online training etc.
9. Internal Page/Folder Optimization I understand that there have been a number of new web pages added to the site and the PR flow doesn’t seems to be OK. A proper flow of PR is very important in the process of Site optimization. In SEO every page can be optimized, SEO can be done for every page similar like that of the SEO for the site. This can give an opportunity to target higher number of targeted keywords.
10. Site Analysis We can also do site analysis by submitting our sitemap xml file to the Google Webmaster tools. I see that the sitemap xml file is already existing in the site, by further analysis we can optimize the site. Like site load time, Content Analysis, Web Crawlability etc.
12. Duplicate Site Content In the above image we can see that there are lot of company sites that are replicated with the mail site. In such cases the Quality of the site will be low in the Organic Search results. 15. Local Search Local search is gaining popularity recently. We can upload the bulk list of local address all over the world at once into the Local Search. This is one area where we can get good traffic to the site.
16. Social Media Social media optimization (SMO) is a set of methods for generating publicity through social media, online communities and community websites. There are many sites like Digg, Reddit, Del.icio.us etc., where we can showcase our product and services.
17. Link Exchange/Paid Links The existing links that refer to the site sumtotalsystems.com are ok. The link popularity can be further done in a way that can bring improvement in SERP (Search Engine Ranking Pages), as well as quality traffic to a site.
18. Rss Directory Submission There is already an RSS created for the site. We can do RSS submissions for them to increase the traffic and theme building of the site.
19. Article Marketing/Press Releases One of the best methods in Internet marketing is to create awareness through the Word-of-Mouth approach. It can be done by Article marketing and Press Releases. We belive that there are good white papers created on a regular basis. We can use Article marketing and Press Releases to publish them on different online pr and article site. This will also create content syndicated Links which will further bring traffic and improvement in the SERP.
20. Competitor Performance As wisely said keep your friends close and enemy closer: Competitor Performance is one of the curtail factor of observation from SEO point of view. Some competitors practice latest technology and some new marketing methods to promote their site. By Keeping a track of competitor performance we can be ahead in the Competition.
21. E-book Submissions I have come across various pdf files and white paper in the site. Google can crawl and list the pdf files in the SERP’s. We can do E-book submission to these pdf files for their listing in SERP’s.
