Key Job Responsibility
Sales and Dispatch:
• Collect the order from FSR’s (Field Sales Representatives) in proper format and Prepare the Order
punch of sales order in SAP
• Making the Customer wise pending order on daily basis to follow up with Production Department
for on time dispatches to customers.
• Providing updated Sales Order to FSR for further order from customer
• Responsible for all incoming sales Inquiries and support to sales team for Final sales pitch
• Attending the customer calls regarding pending order quarries, Despatch detail and Stock Detail.
• Monitoring Daily, Weekly and Monthly on Sales / Collection report and preparing PPT.
• Prepare the Sales Planning / Sales Forecast on monthly basis as per market demand
• Generate Sales report like variance report (Plan Vs Actual) for monthly meeting
• Make MIS Report as per the requirement with data export from SAP
• Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential
agreements (Purchase Order, Open PO and Dealer / CPS Agreements)
• Managing In-House inventory control , ageing control & liquidation of Ageing stock on priority by
Coordinating with Production and Warehouse department
2. • To generate Performa Invoice & submit to the customer for CT3 obtain and Advance Payment
• Co-ordination with Operation Department for Raw Material on monthly basis by providing MRP.
• Arrangement of Road Permit, Way Bill, ASN at the time of dispatches.
• Arrangement of Samples as per FSR and Customer request on time to get the New Business.
• Maintaining necessary brochures & documents required by the FSR’s
• Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.
Collection Monitoring:
• Coordination with our Accounts Department for Collectable (Due payments) on Monthly basis to
share with FSR for collecting the same
• Obtaining customer wise collection detail on weekly basis for preparing presentation.
• Maintaining separate file for updating daily collection and sharing with FSR on daily basis for their
further collection planning.
• Follow up with Finance Department for C Forms; make a report for pending C Form Quarter wise to
share with FSR for collecting.
Stock Monitoring:
• Monitoring Stock on weekly basis to share with FSR for in-warding.
• Updating LR No in SAP on daily basis
• Coordinating with Logistics for deliveries to customer
• Monitoring and Controlling stocks as planned by Management
Marketing:
• Handled Existing customers in North region (Delhi, Punjab, Haryana,) for 6 Months
• Now currently marketing our New and Existing product at East region (Kolkata & Jamshedpur)
