Shawna Chen is a Ph.D. candidate at Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Her research interests primarily focus on strategies for entrepreneurial action in all four corners of the world. Prior to pursuing a PhD degree in management, Shawna was an entrepreneur turned consultant in cross-border financing for clients in aerospace, commodity, energy, hospitality, retail, and technology industries. Her upcoming speaking engagements include conference presentations at Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference, Academy of Management, and Southern Management Association.
