My presentation was a 2-hour workshop on how communications plays a key role in helping the organization shift to today's new work environment and how employee engagement initiatives can be more thoughtfully and strategically embedded throughout the organization by using the employee lifecycle as a framework. This also demonstrates four key principles for consistently applying employee engagement: adaptability, relevancy, sustainability and execution.
