UNICEF is a charity that works to uphold children's rights around the world by helping children access education, health care, and protection. In 1989, governments agreed to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child to guarantee children access to 54 rights across areas like education, health, development, and participation. Adults have a responsibility to provide for children's needs so that all children can enjoy their rights.
