from essence of rakta and mamsa and is
derived from the intestine.
Apana vayu and vyana vayu are responsible for
all the function related to artava.

Vayu carries sukra deposited in
,which with association of artava makes
garbha. Further he elobrates that as a seed
of paddy or barley sown in well prepared
field will nicely grow as paddy or
barley,similarly healthy sukra deposited in
healthy vagina reaches uterus by running
through avartas of yoni(vagina-uterus-
fallopian tubes). For some time sukra &
sonita remains unstable in uterus like
(liquid)milk,afterwards(both artava &
sukra)getting mixed together give rise to all
body parts just as seen in fig(fruit).
18. Psycophysical features derived from rasa:
Origin of body or menifestation of different
body parts , growth of body, attachment of
life or strength with
body, contentment, nourishment, enthusiasm
, healthy n unhealthy
state, complexion, maintenance of body.
19. After impregnation the openings of artavavaha
srotasas are obstructed by conception , due
to this artava (mensturation) is not seen
after conception. Then this very artava being
repelled from downward passage goes
upward and gets accumulated which is
known as apara/jarayu.
