Volunteers appointed through Fair recruitment process
Women manpower which was more motivated also recruited
Monitoring done through CCTv Cameras

Promotion of Public Private Partnership.

11. CHALLENGES
Retention of Manpower as these are volunteers who may leave any time.
Legally weak voluntary organizations.(As they have not that much authority)
Intervention by local authority.
Proper Coordination between Police official & Voluntary organizations.
