2. Al Shafar Group (ASGC) being our parent company, is one of the
pioneering groups in the region having diversified business interests in
various fields. It is being headed by Mohamad Saif Mohamad Bin
Shafar, Chairman and under the strong leadership skills of Emad Azmy
Gendi, Managing Director. Group owns more than 15 subsidiaries under
its wing.
Since its inception during 1989, the company has matched and
surpassed the market growth, and this high growth rate is set to continue
with, at present, contract value of projects under construction worth
billions of dirhams. ASGC has built a solid base of manpower and
machinery, utilising both state-of-the-art methods and modern
technology across its operations.
Hard Precast Building Systems LLC (HPBS) was a result of the great
success of its sister concern Hard Block Factory LLC. This success has
encouraged the management to expand the group manufacturing
facility. HPBS is a state-of-art, unique, huge and most advanced precast
setup in the Middle East which is headed by Mr. Bashar Abou
Mayaleh, Manging Director since its inception on 2004 May.

3. Dubai Investments Park (DIP) is a world-class mixed development & a
unique industrial, residential and commercial complex operated by
Dubai Investments Park Development Company LLC.
3200 hectares, Dubai Investments Park is in the heart of New Dubai, and a
few minutes from downtown Dubai, where major developments are
taking place. DIP is close to Jebel Ali Port, the International Airport in Jebel
Ali and the Dubai World central. It is easily accessible via the Emirates

4. Our labour camp is located in the same zone where the factory is located i.e DIP.
Apart from this we also provide staff accomodations at different locations in Dubai.
These staffs also have to and fro transportation facilities provided by the company.
Labour camps are located with canteen facility, you can pay a minimal cost and
regularily have your food. DIP also has very good restaurants around its premises.
Those who can afford better standards can always prefer these restuarants.

6. Mr. Bashar Abou Mayaleh
Managing Director
Mr. Bashar Abou Mayaleh, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Graduated in 1987 and having
a vast exposure in relevant business fields, heads this institution since its inception. His
technical expertise and know-how makes him exceptional in this business field.

7. Mr. Bahaa Ibrahim
Design Manager
Mr. Bahaa BSc graduate in Civil Engineering, Graduated in 1999 and having very good
expertise in civil engineering, especially in precast industry. He and his team of professional
remain a vital asset of the organization. His strong interpersonal and organizational skills
keep him distinguished from the rest. Mr. Bahaa is active in the organization since 2007.

8. Mr. Assem Adely
Planning & Coordination Manager
Mr. Assem, a BSc graduate in Civil Engineering, Graduated in 2003 and having very good
expertise in the fields of Planning and Coordination of Projects especially in Precast
Industry. With strong managerial and general know-how in relevant field, Mr. Assem is
heading his team since 2006. Mr. Assem also hold the position of Management
Representative.

9. Mr. Adel Samir Mikhael
Projects Manager
Mr. Adel, a graduate in BSc (Civil Engineering), Graduated in 2002 and having a vast
exposure in relevant business fields, heads the Projects Department since 2004. His
technical expertise and know-how in several prestigious projects have made him capable
of being a challenging team leader ever since.

10. Mr. Rabie Hasan Mudallaly
Factory Manager
Mr. Rabie, a BSc graduate in Industrial Engineering, Graduated in 2002 and having very
good expertise in the Management of Precast Factory in UAE, have served in different
capacities before he took up his present position. He also served as the Production
Manager of Hollow Core Unit of the Factory.

11. Mr. Madhusoodhanan Pillai
Production Manager
Mr. Madhu, a Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering, Graduated in 1984 and having a vast
exposure in relevant business in, India, Saudi and UAE, heads the Production Department
since 2006. His technical expertise and know-how in Resource Management and
Production Techniques have made him capable of being a challenging team leader.

16. Your visa will be stamped after your medical examinations from the Ministry of
Health within few weeks of your arrival. You will be issued your Labour Card from
the Ministry of Labour as soon as your visa is issued and stamped. During the course
of time you are requested to carry the copy of your visa and passport. You will be
coordinated by the HR in arranging Medical and other formalities.
Make sure your educational qualifications are attested and your recent biodata
and photographs is always updated with HR in your personal file.
Apply for your National ID Card once your visa is stamped and Labour Card is
received as this has become mandatory for all.
In case your are new to the country ask for the Employee Hand Book to know more
details about your work and outside atmosphere.
Company will assist you in setting up an account with any bank of HPBS’s interests
to transfer your salary as it has become mandatory to have a salary transfer to
banks.

17. Make sure you get proper medical insurance/health assistance whenever required.
Staffs are provided with medical insurance and they can round the clock consult
the doctors in the Network Coverage of the Insurer. Other category workers shall
be provided government health cards, they can consult government hospitals in
case of any emergency. We request all to avoid self medication and always follow
a doctors advise before taking any medicines.
Whenever you face any difficulty at your work place, always speak to the
concerned Supervisor/HOD and make sure you receive appropriate solution to
your problems.
Working timings for staffs generally starts from 7am to 4 with one hour lunch break in
between and Thursdays from 7 am to 12:30pm. For other category workers it
depends on the work and arrangements, which shall be explained by the time
keeper or supervisor whom you will report to.
We organize annual get-togethers to develop our understanding among
employees and reward the best performers time to time.

18. Employees and sponsored dependents shall conduct themselves in a proper and
