Scalable data access is necessary for successful digitalization. The SIRIUS Centre addresses this challenge through interdisciplinary work. It is an 8-year research center funded by 11 industrial partners and 3 academic institutions. The center explores ways to improve access to data in digital formats, repositories, and unstructured sources. It also develops operations solutions using standards like OPC-UA and knowledge representation to optimize processes in engineering, logistics, and maintenance.
