The Universidad Tecnológica de la Mixteca (UTM) is a public university located in the Southern Mexican state of Oaxaca.
Founded in 1991, it’s the oldest in our university system, the SUNEO, an eight university system with 11 campi around the state.
Our three main objectives are quality high education, scientific research and regional development.
In 2004 the university built their own technology park in order to attract high tech company and creating a new option to their
graduates and to generate a development centre.

Mixtec) was established. With dozens of our university system’s graduates, KadaSoftware develop all our university’s software
as well as external contracts.

According with your briefing, the Bosch Group is looking for an appropriate location to establish a new software development
plant in México, precisely in the state of Oaxaca. We sincerely believe that our Technology Park, adjacent to our university
campus is the ideal location for such venture.

Our Technology Park is a sizable urbanised space, with almost 16,000 square metres, within easy reach, along with their own
electric power plant, water and wastage services, parking spaces, security and gardening personnel, wireless Internet and land
phone lines. It is the ideal place for software development.

What are we looking for when moving?
Firstly, a good neighbourhood. Our park is owned and administrated by our university, fully serviced and surrounded with the
spectacular scenery of the Mixteca fields, with moderate weather year-round.

Simply put, our university is the best in México. Our students could be constantly find located on the top of national academic
evaluations (eg Ceneval) and they regularly win national and international competitions, (eg ACM programming, ACM Human-
Computer Interaction, SIFE) representing México abroad.

Oaxaca is such a wonderful cultural, culinary and traditional jewel. Our university is practically untouched with recent events that
