I’m an interaction/user experience designer with over seven years experience in designing for government, healthcare, finance, social networks and e-commerce. I’ve worked in-house, at agencies and with start-ups. I work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand and define challenges, gather requirements and use a broad set of user-centred design techniques to create the best solution that meets user and business goals. I’m actively involved in the UX community, I spoke at UX Brighton and EuroIA and I was a co-organiser for UXCamp London.
