1. Gather all you know about your users, you can use post-its or an excel to ease the
sorting and grouping; you’ll start seeing patterns.
2. Find real people that match with these values and features, talk to them, know them,
capture their essence, if you can, ask them questions and solve doubts.
3. Go back to your post-its or excel and enhance your data.
4. Identify the predominant groups or features.
5. Describe one character with these features (5 different personas maximum).
