5. Tier 1 - Project Organisations Categories
• Company of the Year and Small to Medium Enterprise categories will be two-stage
judging categories. Not-for-profit of the Year and Public Sector of the Year will
remain one-stage judging categories.
Key Changes for 2024
Tier 5 - Individual Categories
• Young Project Professional changed to Emerging Project Professional of the Year.
Entry requirement changed to - aged 29 years or younger, or less than three years’
experience in project management career.
• Project Professional of the Year entry requirement changed to - of any age, with
more than three years' experience in project management career.
Outstanding Achievement Award
• New for 2024 – a ‘by nomination’ only category.
• Nominee must be aware of nomination.
• 1,000-word entry.
6. Video Entry
• Video entry trial for 2024 – Emerging Project Professional of the Year category only.
• Entrants will have a choice between written entry (1,000 words) or video entry
(eight minutes).
• The video must only show the entrant speaking to the camera, no additional persons may be present,
no graphics, images or documents may be included in the video.
• Required to follow category criteria in the same way as written entry.
