The project discusses the competition set of hotels of Radisson Blu Hotel Delhi. Now, the hotel is facing some stiff competition from other hotels that are functional near it. Although, the list is quite long if we count the number of hotels functional near the Airport. But, the hotel has set up a competition set for its own. We have also discussed the parameters on which the competition set is made.
It is understood by the facts and data provided by relevant sources in the project that the industry is growing at a considerable rate.
At last, I have discussed the areas on which the hotel needs to work on to maintain its sam market share.
Making money with open source and not losing your soul: A practical guidePatrick McFadin
We now live in a world where Open Source Software is as generally accepted as any commercial software. This doesn’t mean that there are lack of commercial aspects for OSS, because I’m here to tell you, Open Source is a perfectly viable business model. Don't worry! You don't have to sell your soul to the suits on Wall Street and give up on the core values of open source to make it work. I'm employed by a company that (hopefully) embodies these values with a lot of success. I’ve also interviewed many business leaders in Open Source companies. Let me share some of what I’ve learned so you too can be successful. The topics I will be covering:
- Picking the right open source license
- Business models for monetizing open source
- Engaging the community in a mutually beneficial way
- Competing with commercial alternatives
- The selling process (yes, we have to talk about that)

TEDX Toulon slides (20 June 2014) about emotions at work.
From Airbus to SAP, in 15 years of coaching and training executives in international settings, Stéphanie has been constantly confronted with emotions management issues. Whether in crisis management or in everyday work life, emotions are a real issue and we learn to suppress them, the larger the organisation gets or the more pressured the markets become. This strategy is often reinforced by the rapid turnover of management and the pressure of financial metrics. Its only weakness is: it is not efficient.

I don't have thousands of Linkedin connections or Twitter followers, but I often find myself being approached by other people on how to do networking right. For me, networking is about building relationships, helping each other, not only exchanging business cards. I love reading books, so I backed the everything with some insights from great books!
