Picasa es parte de las aplicaciones que ofrece Google de forma gratuita. Es un organizador y editor
de fotografías digitales y cuenta con una página web para compartir fotografías entre sus usuarios.
El nombre de Picasa proviene en parte del nombre del afamado pintor español Pablo Picasso, y en
parte por la combinación de la frase "mi casa" con "pic", que es la abreviación de picture (fotografía
en inglés).

Magix online es un sitio proveedor de servicios web, siendo uno de los más recomendables su
álbum online. Si bien existen varios proveedores de álbumes web fotográficos gratuitos, el creado
en Magix otorga al usuario mayores posibilidades de personalización. Este álbum es ideal para
quienes desean crear catálogos, quienes desean un gran espacio de almacenamiento en la nube, o
quienes desean un sitio propio en la red para albergar sus fotografías, más allá de las redes

Favshare es un sitio web para compartir fotografías e imágenes en español similar a Flickr y a
Panoramio. Es un sitio web que sirve como servidor personal para compartir fotografías
personales, el servicio se usa como un repositorio fotográfico de 20GB.
Las imágenes se suben por FTP o por formulario en la zona de usuario. Las fotografías subidas se
pueden votar, comentar y geolocalizar.
