                              Entrada a tienda de golosinas y
                              artículos para fiestas
                                 • Los globos de la entrada son
                                   negros por Halloween, pero no
                                   invitan a entrar
                                 • Se ve todo muy desordenado,
                                   quizás sería mejor si se
                                   dispusieran los productos por
                                   colores
                                 • Demasiado revoltijo. Se ven
                                   muchas cosas pero nada a la vez

Esta también es la entrada a la tienda,
la primera impresión
   • Gran cartel de otra tienda de la
     competencia justo en la entrada!
   • Enorme cartel de oferta de Orange
     junto a la puerta. Parece que no
     ofrecen nada más
   • Había tabletas encendidas con
     una pantalla fija y otras que no
     funcionaban!
   • Buena iluminación
   • El dependiente estaba en la
     trastienda. Esto también pasó un
     día anterior. No había nadie
     atendiendo
   • Los folletos estaban escondidos,
     no al alcance del público

Entrada a tienda de cosméticos
  • Varios carteles de “gratis”, que
    evidentemente no señalaban nada
    gratis, sino barato
  • La tienda estaba vacía, ningún
    cliente
  • Los productos “gratis” de la
    entrada parecían de muestras o de
    tiempos pasados. No invita a
    entrar, sino más bien al contrario

                              Esta es la entrada a la tienda, es decir,
                              la primera impresión
                                 • Todo muy desordenado: se
                                   corresponde con un sitio muy
                                   barato, pero no invita a entrar
                                 • Hay un monitor en el techo que
                                   nunca había visto...
                                 • Mucha iluminación
                                 • Había un dependiente
                                   preguntándole a otro sobre las
                                   promociones y la ubicación de
                                   ciertos elementos
                                 • Había una única cola para pagar.
                                   Podrían poner el tiempo estimado
                                   de espera ya que aunque hay
                                   muchos clientes se les atiende con
                                   mucha rapidez
