Cultural norms refer to the shared expectations and
behaviors within a particular society or group regarding
various aspects of life, including sexuality. These norms
dictate what is considered acceptable or appropriate
behavior, attitudes, beliefs, and values related to sexuality.
Cultural norms surrounding sexuality can vary significantly
between different societies, ethnic groups, religions, and
historical periods.

each group a scenario related to cultural
norms and sexuality. They will role-play the
scenario and discuss possible outcomes.

dating, relationships, and sexual behavior among
teenagers.
10. 2. Stigma and Discrimination in School

faces stigma and discrimination due to their
sexual orientation or gender identity. They

Health Education

the family.
