Visual management uses displays, metrics and controls to help establish and maintain continuous flow, and giving everyone a view of the work along the value stream. It includes a set of techniques that make operation standards visible so that people can follow them more easily. These techniques expose waste so that it can be prevented and eliminated.

4. El atributo de la clase CashDispener nos muestra el nombre del atributo “count” y su tipo de
variable corrspondiente “Integer” asi tambien muestra su valor inicial 500.
El Diagrama de máquina de Estados (comúnmente llamados diagramas de estado) modela varios
estados de un objeto y muestra en qué circunstancias el objeto cambia de estado. A diferencia de
los diagramas de clases, que se centró principalmente en la estructura, el diagrama de estado
modela el estado del sistema - comportamiento.
