4. THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Lifebushido founder, Steve Kantor, has worked very
hard to develop not only a unique but supportive and
encouraging application process.
Process begins with a series of daily emails to explain
Lifebushido’s vision and purpose.
These emails invite you to explore your own interests,
and ask simple yet thought-provoking questions to
identify what branches you may best fit.
Through the explanation of the many facets of
Lifebushido, you can better understand your own place
in the company and what you would like to pursue
further.
At the end of the email series, you are invited to
complete an application for submission, and
encouraged to join a Recruit Triangle to better your
chances of being hired.
5. RECRUIT TRIANGLE PROCESS
Triangles are an innovative way of not only testing an
applicant’s creativity, dedication, and motivation, but
also to bring together applicants and encourage a team
environment, that still focuses on individual talents
and strengths.
After submitting your application, you can view the
Join A Triangle wiki page and post your information to
join a Triangle or start your own as a Leader.
Triangle process is a 30 day period where members are
assigned different tasks to prepare them for the type
of work they will be doing if hired and to mature their
own creative skills.
Tasks include personality quizzes, creative projects,
marketing, and wiki page design.
This is a fun and engaging way to connect to other
recruits and narrow down your own interests.
6. IF HIRED
After the Triangle Process, if you are hired, you
will begin with 5-10 hours of work per week
Some of your task work done during the Triangle
Process may be billable
Pay rate is $10 per hour
Flexible hours
Continue working with your Triangle members, for
a consistent support system
