Centro Canadiense de idiomas, Heredia. Location: 100 meters west from Heredia central park , next to the Lafise Bank
Brief  Historical review The Centro Canadiense opened in 1995 at the top of the pharmacy Cathedral, San Jose  with 30 students . Fiveyearslaterthey moved to Buen Campo building. Now theyhave 16 years of experience in languageteaching.Theyteachdifferentlanguagessuch as: French, Italian, Mandarin, German, Portuguese,andEnglish.
In March , 2011 anofficeopened in Herediawhichalreadyhasthreemonths to impartlessons .Theyhope to widetheirschudeles in order to thepopulationinscreased.

DESCRIPTION OF GROUPS Group #1 (onTuesday) Population: 9 students Approximateages : from 19 to 40 yearsold. Level: Beginners Groupweakness:Punctuality anddisrespect in some situation.  Groupstrenghs:Participation,  Responsibility , and use the language. Someobservations: Some students do not turn off the cell  phone during the class In general, the group shows interest  towards the language; all participate in  the different class activities.
Group #2  Population: 8 students Approximateages : from 19 to 38 years old Level: Beginners Groupweakness:Punctuality, Language use, the class is passive Groupstrenghts:Interest towards the language, respect, Responsibility. Someobservations: Lack of dynamic activities The class is developed in a  fast way and there is not break. They use a lot Spanish  language even the teacher Most of the students do not  participate voluntarily  only if  is requested for the teacher.
Description of classroom and equiptmentavailable      In general the classroom has good conditions. This has certain tools to facilitate the class. For example: DVD  TV  Recorded Desks All are in good condition. Bibliographicalresources: Englishfor costa Ricansbyprof.Abdiel Blanco. Some extra material, these are teacher'sown
Contents       These are the different topics thatneedtobedeveloped in thiscoursewhichisaimedtobeginners.  Back to  school
At the end of this Teaching practice I hope gain practical work experience because is not the same working in a theoreticalwaythat in a practicalway.   I hope thispracticehelp me like a trainee and give me someexperiences in whatisinvolved in being a teacher in the real life. Takingadvantage of eachteachers’ strengths in ordertowide my knowledge in theteachingarea. Some goals concerning student’s learning during the practice: To help in the learning process of the students. Teaching  different grammar structures.  Students learn how to apply these structures in real life situations, in an appropriate way. Basically  ,Students get familiar with basic structures and basic vocabulary
