empty stomach for 6 months. Try mix of attas of following
Wheat 3.00 Kg Flax Seeds 0.40 Kg
Soya 0.40 Kg Satavari 0.40 Kg

Barley 0.40 Kg Lodhra 0.40 Kg

Take 200 gm mix flour / day make 3 phulkaas morning & 3

7. Good oil massage bath using warm til/
mustard oil take bath after 30 min using
aromatic herbal bath powder weekly 2
