President of India
Lays Foundation Stone of Prayer Hall and Inaugurates
Old-Age Home and School Building of Bharat Sevashram Sangha
ew Delhi: The President of
India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee
laid the Foundation Stone of a Prayer Hall
and Inaugurated the Old-Age Home and
Pranava-nanda International School
Building of Bharat Sevashram Sangha at
Village Wazirpur, Gurgaon.
Speaking on the occasion, the President
said that the Sangha is launching a series
of celebrations beginning with this cere-mony
to mark its Centenary Year in 2017.
Bharat Sevashram Sangha (BSS) was
founded by Acharya Sreemat Swami
Pranava-nandaji Maharaj. Swami
Pranava-nandaji was born in 1896 at
Bajitpur in present-day Bangladesh. At a
young age, he actively participated in the
revolutionary movement in Bengal and in
1924, at the age of 28 years, he was initi-ated
into Sanyas. To Swamiji, Bharat
Sevashram Sangha was a medium to lib-erate
the society from social injustice,
inequality, backwardness and supersti-tious
beliefs.
The President said that BSS today has
over one hundred branches and 550 sub-units
or Milan Mandirs. It has 23 branches
outside the country, in the US, UK,
Canada and others, that propagate Vedic
philosophy and the rich cultural heritage
of our country.
The President said that BSS is engaged
in a host of social welfare activities all
over the country. It is contributing towards
development of the people at large, and in
particular the financially-weak and neg-lected
sections. Though these aspects
form Government’s topmost public wel-fare
agenda, cooperation in this direction
can be provided from non-governmental
agencies. BSS is contributing in the
spheres of health, education and self-employment.
In the healthcare sector,
BSS is running a number of hospitals,
clinics and mobile dispensaries. The
President recalled having inaugurated a
multi-specialty hospital in Kolkata in 2010.
He stated that BSS has also played a dili-gent
role in rescue and relief operations
during natural calamities such as during
the devastating floods in Uttarakhand last
year and in Jammu and Kashmir recently.

India improves its ranking in
Corruption Perception Index
Safety of labours employed in unorganized sector
A young electrician had died after falling from a high rise building in Mulund. In
such cases, safety precautions should be taken by suitably wearing a safety
T r a n s p a r e n c y
harness or even a rope tied around the waist and affixed to a strong point so that the
worker will not fall on the ground. A person must monitor his movements to check if a
ladder is required. He will affix the same and ensure that it is held safely etc. Such inci-dents
only show that we are least bothered about workmen’s safety. The building’s
watchman or some member of the family who called the worker should aid, assist and
keep a watchful eye on him (he can pass tool or some equipment required by him).
Our nation faces huge shortage of trained electricians. Many of them possess minimal
knowledge about the trade but continue to perform their work for earning their liveli-hood.
Precautions must also be taken while working in enclosed spaces. Many times,
we find unskilled workers engaged in some work on sewage pipes and manholes.
Presence of H2S gas and lack of oxygen can kill people if there is lack of effective mon-itoring.
This only goes to show that we consider manual work as menial and our men-tality
is “Let him work, it is none of my business to help him”.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not paying attention to issues such as skill develop-ment,
safety of workmen and is involved in getting himself photographed in various
attires. He is making announcement of schemes not inside the parliament (during ses-sion)
but outside. Modi should announce such schemes in the Parliament and attend
the Parliamentary session as much as he can.
Social Activist Anna Hazare has rightly said that the PM has misguided the people on
the issue of bringing black money from foreign countries.
Few days back, Janata Dal (U) President Sharad Yadav had said in the house that the
government won’t be able to bring back even a “ phuti kaudi”. Yes, how can you when
you cannot detect that an unqualified person is heading an engineering department in
Noida and amassing wealth. You want to bring Dawood back but what action will you
take against him? There is a need of silent and sincere work which will pave way for
the nation’s development and tackle the Maoist insurgency. You cannot eradicate
Maoists by wearing different hats and getting yourselves photographed (even Rajnath
Singh and Amit Shah are seen wearing hats) while the CRPF men are losing their lives.
A little more seriousness is required to address the nation’s internal security problems
International’s Annual
Survey ranked India as
less corrupt nation than
China. This is for the first
time in 18 years as a
nationwide outcry against
corruption helped lift global
perceptions of the South
Asian nation. In the annual
ranking of least-corrupt
nations, India jumped 10
places from its ranking last
year to 85th out of the 175.
China dropped 20 places
in the ranking to number
100. The last time, India
performed better than
China in the rankings
was in 1996. Both

the
same rankings in 2006 and
2007.
The Berlin-based watch-dog
studied multilateral
banks, big foundations and
other international institu-tions
about the level of cor-ruption
in different coun-tries
to come up with its
annual Corruption
Perceptions Index which
was used for the rankings.
“Insights on India helped
as avenue protests and
national elections focused
the world’s largest democ-racy’s
attention on corrup-tion”,
stated the Berlin-based
watchdog.
The need to cleanse the
system led to the passage
of anti-corruption laws and
the formation of a new gov-ernment.
Prime Minister
Narendra Modi led BJP
government came into
power by promising to fight
corruption. Transparency
International India execu-tive
director Ashutosh
Kumar Mishra awarded
credit to the anti-corruption
movement sparked by
Gandhian Anna Hazare.
His high-profile protests
helped force the previous
government to frame a
number of anti-corruption
bills. While a small break-through
has been
achieved, our country still
has a long way to go
before it can come close to
the least-corrupt nations
like Denmark, Australia,
Canada and Singapore.
“To improve India’s rank-ings
Modi has to take
action to pass and imple-ment
anti-corruption laws
immediately”, quoted Mr.
Mishra.
Anna Hazare has won the
battle against corruption
but war is remaining.
Earlier, the Gandhian had
gone on fasting in the glis-tening
Sun and intended to
stay there until his death
unless the government

the issue
of consider-ing
a power-ful
law that

a r r a s s
Indian politics
of the
scourge of corruption.
Corruption exists every-where.
It is a question of
degree. Some countries
are almost totally honest
while others are highly dis-honest
and there are many
others in between. Every
person scorns corruption in
our social milieu. But it
does not mean that a per-son
keeps himself aloof
from the issue of corrup-tion.
Corruption in India
has already traversed its
mark. Every one knows
that corruption is a term of
closely coupled with an
illegitimate, wicked or an
illicit act done eventually in
official conduct.
Corruption is the origin of
all other tribulations that
our country faces. Let us
look this issue with refer-ence
to India. Our nation
faces myriad problems like
poverty, unemployment,
illiteracy, pollution; external
threats and underdevelop-ment.
But having a glimpse at all
these problems faced by
India as well as Indians
one might notice that cor-ruption
plays a major role
in making these issues
even bigger. Corruption is
affecting India’s economic
growth.
Corruption is an obstinate
problem. It is like blood
pressure, can only be con-trolled,
but not perfectly
purged.
Mamata’s simplicity: A Brand of Honesty exposed?
“Mamata (Banerjee) ‘didi’ had said that she doesn’t know who Amit Shah is. I am
Amit Shah. I am a minor office-bearer of BJP. You can do whatever you choose.
I am here to uproot Trinamool Congress from Bengal.”
Vaidehi Taman
Through the above state-ment
by Amit Shah at a huge
gathering at Esplanade on
Sunday, it seems that Amit
Shah has started a count-down
clock for 2016 assem-bly
elections in West Bengal
(WB). Narendra Modi’s man
and his attitude is all set for
BJPs win in WB. TMC might
have never dreamt of getting
a jolt from BJP instead of
Congress and the Left.
Meanwhile, an aggressive
Trinamool Congress tried to
duck under the bouncers
hurled by Amit Shah against
the party and their chief
Mamata Banerjee.
Surprisingly, there is no fitted
reply from Banerjee or her
party leaders to Amit Shah. I
am sure, a lady like her will
soon break out against
BJP’s national chief.
Anyway, a change is
required for the transforma-tion
of the state and its time
Bengal get its lost glory
back. Just like Mamata rang
the ‘Death Bell’ for Left gov-ernment
before ousting
them. It seems that BJP
rang the same bell for TMC
and from the same place.
West Bengal has seen a
Chief Minister like Dr.
Bidhan Chandra Ray who
was committed to do devel-opment
work for the state.
He was the second Chief
Minister of West Bengal. He
remained in his post for 14
years as an Indian National
Congress candidate, from
1948 until his death in 1962.
He was a highly respected
physician and a renowned
freedom fighter. Bidhan Roy
is often considered as the
great architect. Roy brought
unity and discipline
amongst the party ranks.
He then systematically and
calmly began to work on the
immense task. Within three
years, law and order was
returned to Bengal without
compromising the dignity
and status of his adminis-tration.
State was always
blessed with good leaders.
After his death, nasty poli-tics
swallowed the political
system of the state. No
doubt, Mamata is a good
leader but she failed on
many fronts. Banerjee has
taken Bengal from the
hands of Communist mis-rule.
Employment genera-tion
is at a standstill
because of her policies and
goons. Now, her goons are
killing industry executives
and owners. Mamata her-self
comes to the streets to
protest instead of govern-ing.
In 2011, Banerjee pulled
off a landslide victory for the
TMC-Congress alliance in
West Bengal by defeating
the 34-year old Communist
Party of India (Marxist)-led
Left Front government, until
then the world’s longest-serving
democratically-elected
communist govern-ment.
She opposed forceful
land acquisition for industri-alisation
by the then com-munist
government in West
Bengal for Special
Economic Zones at the cost
of agriculturalists and farm-ers.
In 2012, Time magazine
named her one of the “100
most influential People in
the World”. In September
2012, Bloomberg Markets

the 50 most influential peo-ple
in the world of finance.

New Delhi: He has graduated
suma cum laude from Korea
University, one of the top universi-ties
in South Korea and pursued
Chinese Literature for his
Bachelor’s degree and English
Literature in his Master’s course.
India is widely known in Korea as
the land of Princess Huh and King
Kim Suro. It is known that an
Indian princess, Princess Huh
from Ayodhya travelled to Korea in
the 1st Century A.D. to marry a
Korean king, Kim Suro. Dr. Kim is
a descendent of King Kim Suro’s
clan and in keeping with this his-torical
legacy, it might not be such
a stretch to say that his love for
India might be attested to this line-age.
He came to India in the 8th
August 1988 to join the M.A.
course in English at Jawaharlal
Nehru University. He continued his
M.Phil and completed his Ph.D. in
1996. His mentor is Prof. Kapil
Kapoor, one of the most eminent
scholars in the English literature
field in India. While Dr. D.Y. Kim
was teaching tutorial English, he
was invited to set up the B.A. pro-gramme
of Korean Language in
J.N.U. as a visiting professor. In
1998, he established the M.A.
course in Korean language. After
the successful establishment of
M.A. programme, he was invited
to University of Delhi for launching
the Korean progamme. Now D.U.
has two full-time and three part-time
Korean language pro-grammes
and is set to open its
M.A. programme in 2015. His wife
Dr. Y.S. Kim is also another
Korean language scholar who
completed her Ph.D in J.N.U and
is a well-known Korean language
educationalist. His three daugh-ters
completed their education at
D.P.S. R.K. Puram from primary to
senior school after which they
returned to Korea to join Seoul
National University and Yonsei
University.
His long duration in India was not
without its set of challenges.
Coming from a moderate to cold
climatic terrain, the scorching
weather of the Indian summers
and off and on supply of water in
the early years needed some get-ting
used to. Back in the 80s,
Korea was a virtual unknown and
he pledged to change the status of
Korea’s obscurity in India through
his academic and cultural efforts.
In his circle of acquaintances and
beyond, he is well known for his
sheer passion for all things India.
He published a few best sellers in
Korea; ‘Indians whom

8. New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday
issued notice to telecom companies (telcos)
Bharti Airtel Ltd, Vodafone India Ltd, Idea
Cellular Ltd and Tata Teleservices Ltd in an
appeal by the department of telecommunica-tion
(DoT) challenging an April order of the
Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate
Tribunal (TDSAT). The TDSAT had ruled in
April that the roaming agreements that three
of these operators—Airtel, Vodafone and
Idea—had signed in July 2010 were not ille-gal.
After the operators had entered into
these pacts, DoT issued show-cause notices
to them and subsequently fined them around
Rs.1,200 crore, following which the telcos
approached TDSAT. Intra-circle
roaming allows an operator to offer
3G services using spectrum allocat-ed
to another operator, till such time
as the first operator is allocated the
necessary spectrum. A bench of jus-tices
J. Chelameswar and S.A.
Bobde said that it would consider the
DoT’s application seeking stay of the
TDSAT order which has allowed the
companies to restart intra-circle
roaming services. Tata and Aircel Ltd,
too, had signed intra-circle roaming
agreements but ended the pact after
DoT issued notices to them.

Furry Convention at Suburban Chicago
Hotel Evacuated After Gas Leak
A Hyatt Hotel in the Chicago suburb of Rosemont, Ill.
was evacuated Sunday morning after chlorine gas was
released, as reported by the Chicago Tribune. Nineteen
people were sent to the hospital, afflicted with nausea
and dizziness.
First responders were called after a noxious odor was
reported on the ninth floor of the hotel, and they detect-ed
high levels of chlorine gas there. A hazmat crew found
the source: Powdered chlorine in the floor’s stairwell.
The building was decontaminated for two hours before
guests were allowed to return. In a statement, Rosemont
police stated that the manner of the chemical’s release
“suggests an intentional act,” and a criminal investigation
is underway.
Many of the evacuees were attending Midwest Furfest, a
convention centered on the arts as related to anthropo-morphic
animals, or “furries.” Iowa couple Morgan
Smejkal and Chris Delaney, convention attendees, expe-rienced
the strong odor firsthand.
“It was like when you walk into a pool. It was pungent,”
Delaney told the Tribune. The pair said they got the word
to evacuate via hotel staff and text messages from
friends, as fire alarms didn’t go off throughout the entire
hotel.
Enter the Market in 2015
Just four new cruise ships
are scheduled to enter serv-ice
in 2015, a far cry from the
building frenzy of years past.
Of the four, three are sisters
or evolved versions of ships
already sailing. But the
fourth is the highly anticipat-ed
first ship from a brand-new
cruise line, the Viking
Star of Viking Ocean
Cruises. Torstein Hagen,
who founded Viking River
Cruises but in years past led the beloved Royal Viking Line, is starting up the new
cruise line that is virtually all-inclusive with practically everything bundled into the fare.
Here are profiles of the Cruise Class of 2015. The 47,800-ton, 930-passenger Viking
Star, scheduled for a May 17 christening, will have nothing but veranda staterooms, the
smallest a roomy 270 square feet. The 14 two-room Explorer Suites range in size from
757 to 1,163 square feet and have wrap-around private verandas.
The new Viking Ocean Cruises says the interior will be light-filled with an “understated
elegance” and modern Scandinavian design. Among the public areas is a serene
Wintergarden, which will serve afternoon tea amid a skylight ceiling and soothing harp
music. The two-deck Explorers’ Lounge at the bow of each ship will feature double-height
windows and a bar with “an extensive craft beer library.”
The Theater will feature “soft and spacious sofa seating” from which to watch live per-formances
and guest speakers.
The line promises an extensive enrichment program that will include port talks on the
destinations as well as lectures on history, art and culture. The ship also will show first-run
films and destination-driven movies.
Viking Star will have two swimming pools, one a stunning infinity pool cantilevered off
the ship’s stern. In the evening, the deck space around the infinity pool will transform
into the Aquavit Terrace for dining al fresco.
The Main Pool has a retractable roof and also is the spot for watching movies on pleas-ant
evenings. In keeping with Viking’s Nordic heritage, The Spa will feature the cen-turies-
old tradition of the sauna. The ship will have a “snow grotto” with snowflakes
gently falling through chilled air. Guests follow that up with warming time in the sauna.
The Viking Star will have multiple restaurants in addition to the main dining room. The
World Café will serve dishes from around the globe as well as regional specialties.
Other options include more-intimate dining at The Chef’s Table, Italian grill and The
Kitchen Table. What’s more, the ship will have an onboard cooking school to teach
guests how to prepare local specialties.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Researchers from
Massachusetts Institute of
Technology (MIT) have devel-oped
a system that could
improve the ability of comput-ers
to draw commonalities
from unstructured data and
help humans improve deci-sion-
making.
While computers are good at identifying patterns in huge
data sets, humans, by contrast, are good at inferring pat-terns
from just a few examples. The new prototype-based
machine learning system bridges these two ways of pro-cessing
information, so that humans and computers can
collaborate to make better decisions, the researchers said.
"In this work, we were looking at whether we could augment
a machine-learning technique so that it support people in
performing recognition-primed decision-making," said Julie
Shah, assistant professor of aeronautics and astronautics at
MIT and the study co-author. In experiments, human partic-ipants
using the new system were more than 20 percent
better at classification tasks than those using a similar sys-tem
based on existing algorithms.

about the delivery of the booked
Flat/house, BPTP is noncommittal of deliv-ery
of their flat/house resulting a great
amount of harassment and occurrence of
huge losses in terms of payment of recur-ring
EMI and House rent as well.
It is also submitted that most of the flats
BPTP offered the possession do not pos-sess
any Occupation Certificate.
Therefore these gullible allottees are living
under risk on their lives and without basic
infrastructure amenities. It is submitted
that presumably BPTP has siphoned off
money in violation and contravention of
the HUDA Act,1975. And we assertively
demand from the Government of Haryana
to put a time bound thorough inquiry under
through its honest officers.
ALL INDIA BANK OFFICERS’ CONFEDERATION
All India Bank Officers’ Confederation
(AIBOC), with a membership of 2, 80,000 is
the largest Trade Union organization of offi-cers
working in Public Sector Banks, Old
Generation Private Sector Banks, and
Regional Rural Banks in India. Working committee of AIBOC
meet at New Delhi i.e. immediately after successful nation-wide
strike on 12th November and 4 day Relay Strikes from
2nd December to 5th December,2014, call of which was
given by United Forum of Bank Unions, demanding a decent
Wage Revision, regulated working hours, five day week,
updation of pension etc. Since Indian Banks’ Association
(IBA) and Government do not seem to be bothered about the
genuine and reasonable demands of the Bank Officers and
employees, Working Committee will take stock of the situa-tion
and consider further action programme. Present offer by
IBA, of increase by 11% on Payslip Components is much
less than the increase of 10.92% on establishment cost
given during last settlement which was effected from
1/11/2007. 10.92% offer on establishment cost of last settle-ment
if converted to present payslip component will work out
to 19.51% as against the offer of 11%. The amount offered is
not even 1% of the total expenses of the Public Sector
Banks. The NDA Government is going ahead with its Agenda
of Disinvestment in Public Sector
Undertakings, which are contributing huge profits to the
exchequer by way of dividends and income tax while fulfill-ing
the social objectives of the Government. In the name of
labour reforms, labour laws are being diluted to make them
favourable to Corporates and Employers.
100% FDI in Railways, and Insurance Bill enabling 49% FDI
in Insurance Sector, withdrawal of support to MGNREGA
and other anti people and anti working class policies of the
Government are also cause of concern and will be discussed
in the meeting. Government has also hinted at implementing
the report of Financial Sector Legislative Reform
Commission (FSLRC) which if implemented, will destroy the
institution of RBI. Working committee will deliberate on all
these developments and will decide its programme to
oppose such moves of the Government. It is also pertinent
to mention here that Joint forum of Public Sector Officers’
Associations consisting of AIBOC, National Confederation of
Officers’ Associations (NCOA), Sanchar Nigam Executives
Associations (SNEA), Officers of BSNL and MTNL, and All
India Power Engineers
Federation (AIPEF) have come together under a common
platform to save the public sector and are organizing a
“Save Public Sector-March to Parliament on 9th December”.
After the march the representatives of all the sectors will go
to submit a Memorandum to the Honourable Prime Minister
of India.
SBI To Decide On $1 Bn Adani Loan In 3 Months
State Bank of India (SBI) has said the final
decision on the controversial $1 billion (Rs
6,200 crore) loan agreement with Adani
Group for its Australian mining project
would be taken by the executive com-mittee
of the bank in 2-3 months SBI
had last month signed the pact with
Adani Group on the sidelines of
Prime Minister Narendra Modi's
visit to Australia.
"The executive committee after due
deliberations will decide
about the disbursement to
Adani," SBI Chairperson Arundhati
Bhattacharya said."At present, all the
aspects are being studied. Appraisal is
being done.
It will take about two-three months to study
the project and thereafter taken to the com-mittee
for final approval," she added.
Loans of over Rs 400 crore are generally
cleared by the executive committee head-ed
by the chairperson.
The other members of the executive com-mittee
include two executive directors (of
the four managing directors on board) and
non-executive director/directors who are
present in the city where the meet-ing
is held. Besides, Reserve
Bank of India nominee director
Urjit R. Patel, an RBI deputy
governor) is a part of the execu-tive
committee. Adani Mining is
building a 300-km rail line for its
about $16 billion
Carmichael coal mine
project in Australia.
The development of the coal mine located
at Queensland in Australia and required
infrastructure including railways would cost
$7.6 billion. Queensland state's
Coordinator General has approved $2 bil-lion
(2.2 billion Australian dollars) rail line
project called the North Galilee Basin Rail
(NGBR) that would link Adani's Carmichael
Coal Mine with Abbot point coal terminal.

I don’t endorse six-pack or
eight pack abs: Akshay Kumar
M
The 'Dhoom 3' star, who was
in Varanasi to promote his
upcoming film 'PK', said the
91-year-old actor has been
an inspiration for many Indian
actors. "I too have seen on
TV that Yusuf sahab (Dilip
Kumar) is not well and he is
in the hospital. We pray that
he may get well soon. I am
the biggest fan of Yusuf
sahab, I have learnt a lot
watching his films. There is a
lot of influence of him on
Indian actors," Aamir told
reporters here. After reaching
the political land of Narendra
Modi, Aamir said he will
request the Prime Minister to
watch his film, which releases
on December 19.
"I will request him to watch
my film. But PM is already so
much busy in his own works
but if he would watch this
movie, then I would be the
happiest for this," said Aamir,
who once met Modi for his TV
programme 'Satyamev
Jayate'. Aamir, 49, who is a
betel lover in the Rajkumar
Hirani film, also tasted the
leaf at a shop in Nadesar
area here.

umbai: Akshay Kumar, who
is counted amongst the fittest
and most agile actors in the
Hindi film industry, says he does
not favour six-pack or eight-pack
abs and that he
believes in a “natural
way of maintaining a
good body”.
“It takes a long time
to make abs.
Tehelte tehelte nahi
ban jaate abs (It is not a
cakewalk to get such
abs),” said Akshay on
being asked about the
trend of abs in
Bollywood. “All that is
shown onscreen might
not be real either. I don’t
endorse these six-pack or
eight-pack abs. I believe
in the natural way
of main-t
a i n -
ing
a good body,” he added. The 47-year-old,
who himself has a well-sculpted body,
asserts that rather than focussing on
building abs, people should care
about their future health as oth-erwise
it may prove fatal to
their bodies. “The person
should also care about
his health and future as
well. A lot of people
depend on products that
may give them a good
feeling about their bodies
for few days, but the
long-term effect is dan-gerous
to their body,”
Akshay said. Meanwhile,
actors like Shah Rukh
Khan and Aamir Khan as
well as the new genera-tion
actors keep flaunt-ing
their six-pack abs
and eight-pack
abs.
Karan Johar parties hard with Bollywood beauties!
Mumbai: Karan With the
onset of December, and the
year nearing to an end, party
maker Karan Johar had a
star-studded affair at his
home, turning host for his
close friends.
The 42-year-old filmmaker is
known for hosting grand par-ties.
Therefore, on December, it was Kareena Kapoor
Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Malaika Arora Khan, her sister
Amrita Arora, along with designer friend Manish Malhotra
and Gauri Khan, who turned up for the party.
The group picture of the party-goers was posted by
Amrita Arora on her Twitter handle. From the looks of it,
it seems they had a fun-filled night. What better than KJo
turning a cool ‘host-cum-dost’ for his dearies!
Madonna’s topless shoot
K
imReality TV star
Kim Kardashian,
who had hogged the
limelight for her raunchy
photographs, is one of
the few to praise pop
star Madonna’s topless
photo-shoot.
The 34-year-old reality
star took to social net-working
site Twitter to
praise Madonna’s shoot
with Interview maga-zine,
reports
dailymail.co.uk.
“This new @Madonna
shoot for Interview Mag
is EVERYTHING!!! She
looks soooo good!
Bravo Mert& Marcus!”
she tweeted .
However, the photo-shoot
of ‘Like a virgin’
hitmaker failed to gener-ate
positive opinions. It
also prompted some
internet users to make
some less-than-flatter-ing
comparisons. One
user compared the
images to footballer
Paul Gascoigne who
was once pictured wear-ing
a pair of plastic
breasts. One of the
tweets said that her pic-tures
looked like they’d
been plucked from
comedian Matt Lucas’
comedy character,
Bubbles DeVere, from
show ‘Little Britain’. The
character wore full body
prosthetics in the 2010
show.
