INTRODUCTION OF COOPERATIVE SOCIETY

deposit (RD) and fixed deposit (FD).

registration, maturity calculation and calculation of the commission. With the
help of this software you can keep an eye on various aspects of your Company
and can make the most accurate supervision and calculation of them.
∗ We are providing full web base package. Hear one panel for H.O. & others for
branches. Agent OR user interact with website.

This application is working on all browser, below is the H.O. (Admin)
panel.


First we will have to set the financial date (which date we started that package,
it is just for enable the account module). After set the financial date we will have
to set all “MASTER” data.


If you have multi branch then just set the “BRANCH MASTER” and
assign the role of that particular branch.


Set the plan of your society for “FD, RD & Daily Deposit”. Admin can
set Rank, Commission, Bank & Loan master.


Member Registration, Agent Registration & Create Account is hear.
Hear member is only able to open account.


Hear we can create Agent & Collector (just for payment collection). We
created this concept for collect the amount of daily deposit type
account and assign that sheet to collector.


Commission will generate monthly basis (O.R.C. Voucher) for Agent.


See the account module of that package like Balance Sheet, Agent Ledger,
Bank Account Ledger, Expense Voucher, Expense Ledger, Loan Ledger &
Cash Book.


Accounting is working as per branch wise. See the format of Cash Book.


Create Loan, Collection Sheet, Loan Renewal & Loan Approved is
working under Loan module.


Lot of type report is hear like Account Report, Agent Report, Collector
Report, Team Detail & Renewal / Fresh Amount Detail.
