Our main challenges • Lack of exclusivity: Ours is only one out of at least 3 platforms • Lack of control: only 20 users out of 1.700 are employed by us • Dedication and time: Everything users do with us in on top of their daily jobs and responsibilities
Social Connections 14 Berlin, October 16-17 2018 Value = perceived benefits – perceived costs 1 = Perceived benefits 2 = Perceived costs -1 = Value! • Not user friendly • Difficult to use • Difficulty to find relevant information • Too many and too complex functionalities • I don’t see the value • I don´t have time! Email is easier and quicker! • Technology problems: browser versions, slow... • One extra password to remember! • Too many email notifications – Hate Newsletter! 3.
