To join PalmForce, you need to
first refer 5 people to PalmPay and

page. If you have referred 20 or

and Layer 3 downlines) transact each
month.

● Layer 1: The person you invited with your referral code
● Layer 2:: The person invited by your layer 1
● Layer 3: the person invited by your layer 2
● A person who has successfully registered on the PalmPay app by
using your referral code or link and transacted by buying airtime or
paying for a bill.
● Bronze: Refer 5 customers in a month to be on this level next month
● Silver: Refer 20 customers in a month to be on this level next month
● Gold: Refer 40 customers in a month to be on this level next month
● When you don’t meet up with the requirement of any PalmForce
level, your PalmForce account will go back to dormant, which means
you will go back to earning 300 PalmPoints for each referral and no
transaction commission until you invite more people that month to
hit your target.
Downlines
● A downline is a customer in your base of 3 layers
● There are three levels of downlines - your referrers are able to build
your base with their downlines and you are able to earn up to the
third layer of your downline.

11. When you join
PalmForce, you will start
as Bronze.
You need to achieve
both “conditions” for
the level you are
targeting, to be that
level the next month.
If you don’t achieve the
conditions for any level,
you account will be
dormant the next
month.

12. What does activity rate mean?
Invitation condition:
How many people you personally invite to
PalmPay. All of them need to transact to count
as a referral.
Activity rate / transaction rate condition:
The percentage of your TOTAL base including
all of your L1, L2 and L3 as of the beginning of
the month that transact this month.
Eg: I have 100 people in my base as of end of
March. I invite 40 people in April. At least 30 of
my total base of 100 (before the 40 new
people were added) also need to transact in
April. Then I will achieve Gold level for all of
May.

March. She earned 200 x 5 =
N1000 for referrals and
earned Bronze level for April.
