In deze workshop gaan jullie vooral veel zelf aan de slag.
Zo kun je ervaren hoe exploratory testing nog effectiever kan.
Het is interactief, we werken in groepjes (2 of 3).

• Focus on confidence (risk-based)
• Structured (charter, log, debriefing)
• Session-based & Timeboxed (not too short, not too long)
• Tandem-approach (two people, mob-approach also possible)
• Combine experience-based and coverage-based testing
• Simultaneous test design, test execution and learning
• Flexible (fit for Agile and DevOps)
• Prepared (test ideas, testing tours)
• Tools (heuristics, checklists, test design tooling)
• Serious Fun !!

Heuristieken
Definitie van Heuristiek:
Een strategie, gebaseerd op eerdere ervaringen met gelijksoortige problemen,
met gebruik van een praktische aanpak,
niet noodzakelijk de meest optimale, perfecte or rationele,
maar daarentegen wel toereikend om een korte termijn doel te halen.
Het kan gebruik maken van een vuistregel, onderbouwde gok, intuïtieve
beoordeling, grove schatting, profilering of gezond verstand.
Simpel voorbeeld van een algemene heuristiek:
Links-rechts-links gekeken, dan pas oversteken.

Voorbeeld: Heuristiek voor testen van numerieke velden
Zero, positive value, negative value,
Integer value, decimal point (or decimal comma),
Highest possible value, lowest possible value,
Value higher than highest possible, value lower than lowest possible,
Non-numeric input,
No input (empty field).

Back and forward during the process
Save the screen and later start the process with the saved screen
Zoom the screen to maximum, minimum and average format
Use different screen-sizes
Use different device-types (computer, tablet, smartphone, smartwatch)
