Rs.21.00 Crores as on 31st March’ 2011 with the
support and strength of many valued customers and
our infrastructure facilities.
Moreover we also have all testing facilities in our
laboratory at all of our units with Gsm
Testing, Bursting Strength, Ring Crush Testing, Cobb
Testing and Compression Testing machines.

16. QUALITY TESTING SYSTEMS
Testing of incoming paper :-
We order paper to our suppliers as per our customer‟s requirement and when any
consignment reaches our factory the paper is accepted only after the following tests, which
are done at random, and the results are found satisfactory.
Gsm Testing.
Bursting Strength Testing.
Cobb Testing.
Ring Crush Testing – as and when required.
Moisture Content – as and when required.
During processing :-
At the time of processing the above tests are done again and this time each and every reel
of paper is tested and then only issued for production.
Finished goods and delivery :-
When the processing is over and the materials are ready for dispatch, the size, the print
matter and the qualities (as per quality parameter specified by the customer) are tested
once again. Then a Pre-Dispatch & Board Analysis Report along with the delivery
challan is attached for our customers in each consignment.
Calibration : All testing machines / equipments are regularly calibrated from authorized
institutions as applicable to ensure quality assured & kept up to date.
