individual level as well as the organization
level. The organizations will have to use
creativity thinking processes to cut down
the costs and provide products and services
with a competitive edge.

which they can understand and predict.
Creativity comes as a disrupting factor in an
otherwise controlled world. For many it
may be a threatening experience, which
they prefer to block.

• Recognize that people at times fail. We
grow only through learning from our
failures.
• Learn to expect criticism of your ideas and
keep an open mind.
• Whenever someone else suggests an idea
never reject it outright.
