right topology of the product to run on Windows

Concept through PowerShell and Azure Resource

scripts driven by configuration parameters. Now,
Client team can setup an environment within

Azure Redis Cache. Modified the existing product
to use Azure Redis Cache with minimal impact on
the other code base
