DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE
There are presently seven projects in the
Cedar Pipeline. Four are “ground-up” projects
and three are redevelopment projects. The
total budget for the seven projects is $60
million. Pre-leasing of the seven projects is
in excess of 80% at this time.

Financial Highlights
Martin Midstream Partners operates assets throughout the Gulf Coast region, with additional facilities located in
California, Illinois, Nebraska and Utah. Major oil and gas companies rely on us for their gathering, storing, transporta-
tion and distribution needs. From the wellhead to the consumer, we provide a full-range of strategic services across
the midstream energy supply chain. We believe our diversified asset base will continue to benefit our partners as we
execute on our growth plan through organic growth projects and accretive acquisitions.
Since our IPO in October 2002, Martin Midstream Partners has provided a total return of 156% to its partners, or
18% annually. In the first quarter of 2008, we increased our quarterly distribution to our unitholders by more than
12% compared to the distribution for the first quarter of 2007. As of May 16, 2008, our quarterly distribution is
$0.72 per unit, or $2.88 annualized.
