• Continuation of MRPC role with new emphasis on Aftermarket requirements for the Energy sector worldwide.

Material Resource Planning Controller 2008-2013
• Supply Chain oversight of Aerospace parts for a multi-national corporation, ensuring delivery and quality
goals are met globally.
• Strategic management of vendor and internal customer relationships.

• Coordination/Management of Rolls-Royce international assignments to North America. All aspects
coordinated: pre-briefing, location visit, shipping, immigration, security and medical requirements, host
country orientation, fleet vehicle, medical plan enrollment, contractual expenses and continuing support
throughout two to three year assignment, exit briefing/paperwork and shipping/return logistics.
• Managed RRNA International Assignee Housing and Car Programs as well as out-sourced vendor
relationships.
• Managed short-term assignments to Canada and several locations in the USA, acting as liaison between the
various receiving Rolls-Royce entities in North America and the sending businesses in the EU.
Iridium Satellite LLC 2001-2003
Senior Executive Assistant/Office Manager
• Assisted Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and General Counsel in a very busy corporate
office.
• Performed administrative work consisting of phone coverage, expense reporting, travel/meeting coordination,
calendar management, presentation and report preparation, files maintenance, event planning, in–house
catering, etc. Teamwork with other assistants to support the Board of Directors and smooth running of
corporate office a priority.
• Acted as Human Resources Liaison to HQ. Duties included processing personnel actions and new hire
actions; orientation of new employees; benefits coordination; vacation tracking; payroll issues. Dealt with
highly sensitive and confidential material, worked closely with HR Generalist and Director of HR in Arizona
office.
• Acted as Finance Department Liaison to HQ. Worked closely with AP and Payroll, duties included the use of
Excel to prepare and/or track internal funding requests, with oversight of content criteria and signature
process through several levels of authority; corporate signature tracking through to final submission.
• Processed corporate invoices and travel authorizations.
• Office Manager-Corporate. Duties included oversight of vendor relationships ensuring excellent use of
available resources through research and negotiation; oversight of Receptionist and front office; Parking and
Keys Administrator; liaison with building management; Emergency Evacuation Captain; inventory oversight;
IT troubleshooter; oversight of special needs/projects such as space allocation and holiday party planning.
• One year as right hand assistant to Chief Counsel, requiring high degree of organization and diplomacy.
UUNET Technologies (a Worldcom Co) 1999-2001
Staff Specialist/Executive Assistant to CFO
• Dedicated support of the CFO and his international team.
• Using Excel tracked internal funding requests, oversight of content criteria and the signature process through
several levels of authority. This work included maintenance of a webpage showing the progress of such
requests.
• As department Webmaster, learned two software packages and Internet terminology to better interact with
Webmaster’s office and to provide excellent and creative web pages. Successfully restored the Intranet
Finance Department website, which had been neglected for one year. Due to massive company transition,
overhaul of large and intricate site was required and completed; to include redesign of pages, updating of all
information, repair of broken links and establishment of more sophisticated linkage. In addition, wrote and
published forms and documents for the finance department.
• Served as primary support to the head of an international finance division in a position requiring a high degree
of confidentiality, integrity and commitment, providing excellent phone and calendar coverage for this busy
executive through careful screening and thorough interaction and teamwork with other assistants as required.
• Prepared presentations, business agendas, expense reports, etc., to ensure requested deliverables were met
by assigned deadlines.
• Served as recording secretary at Global Finance Department team meetings and distributed the minutes in a
timely fashion.
• Tracked action items assigned to Direct Reports and reminded them as necessary regarding due dates.
• Solved customer service/AP issues that were escalated to the CFO’s office and required intervention to find
the solution to the problem, as well as protected the CFO from annoying interruptions.
• Successfully planned and coordinated all in-house catering and room preparation, off-site meetings ranging in
size from small business retreats to all-hands meetings, as well as quarterly and holiday department events
for up to two hundred employees.
• Planned and executed international and domestic travel arrangements, to include trips to the Asia Pacific,

• Responsible for the conception, development and maintenance of an electronic library for the department,
including the tracking and cataloging of regularly published internal documents and reports.
