 Sign-Off the PDD document for Scheduling Batches Processing
 Sign-Off the PDD document for Trigger Batches Processing
 Finalize walkthrough for Customer Update Process PDD with business owner and it’s
under his review.
 Deliver Mission Payment Process PDD and it’s under review.
 Gathering Requirements Sessions for SCM Processes (PR Analysis Form Process,
Monitoring Issue Plan Process, Converting PR to RFQ process and Supplier Registration
Process)
 Communicate with Finance Dept. to prepare RPA Demo session for CFO and his
department

 Follow up with the business owners to sign-off PDD (PR Analysis Form Process, Mission
Payment Process and Customer Update Process)
 Follow up with SCM to arrange for gathering remaining processes.
 Follow up with Finance Department for awareness session meeting about RPA

 Internal testing with GOSI process.
