among those who are interested in African American culture.
HOLA: Hispanic Opportunity Leadership Achievement (HOLA): Mission Statement: To promote a mutually
beneficial integration of strengths that exist between the Hispanic/Latino and Non-Hispanic/Latino members of
Capgemini. The Hispanic and Latino ERG cultivates an inclusive environment at Capgemini, with a focus on

to individual employees to pursue the areas of
corporate responsibility and sustainability that are
important to them
CREATE: CREATE is Capgemini’s Asian Employee

network, collaborate, and develop both professionally
and culturally. CREATE stands for Collaborating to
Reach Excellence in Asian Talent & Expertise. In

knowledge and experiences on wellness related
matters; and • Organize community events that
encourage and support employees in leading
integrated and productive lives.

hackathons and networking with startups, to board games, paint nights and volunteering for
local charities. We strive to inspire individuals within our community to innovate, create and
lead.
