11. A³ : African American and African Employee Resource Group : Mission Statement: To further the development
of diversity & inclusion within Capgemini, as well as promote Capgemini’ s core values, with emphasis on the
African American community. ERG focused on networking, mentoring, awareness, recruitment and retention
among those who are interested in African American culture.
HOLA: Hispanic Opportunity Leadership Achievement (HOLA): Mission Statement: To promote a mutually
beneficial integration of strengths that exist between the Hispanic/Latino and Non-Hispanic/Latino members of
Capgemini. The Hispanic and Latino ERG cultivates an inclusive environment at Capgemini, with a focus on
developing leaders within the Hispanic and Latino community. Objectives: • Promote business development
and capitalize on the growing Hispanic/Latino marketplace by working in partnership with partners to impact
delivery and business results. • Plan and promote events that encourage Hispanic/Latino cultural awareness. •
Drive programs that focus on developing leaders within Capgemini and equip members with cultural insight to
leverage business opportunities. • Create service events that give back to the Hispanic/Latino community by
supporting a local charity, voluntarily teaching skills to others or sponsoring an event.
12. CARES: To enhance, support and advance
Capgemini’s community engagement and
environmental sustainability while providing resources
to individual employees to pursue the areas of
corporate responsibility and sustainability that are
important to them
CREATE: CREATE is Capgemini’s Asian Employee
Resource Group and a forum for employees to
network, collaborate, and develop both professionally
and culturally. CREATE stands for Collaborating to
Reach Excellence in Asian Talent & Expertise. In
2017, CREATE has updated its focus around three
goals: community, leadership, and business growth.
These goals complement and support the 4C’s focus
for all Employee Resource Groups within Capgemini:
Commerce, Culture, Career, and Community.
13. GOLD: GOLD focuses on creating a collaborative
business experience by promoting a balanced
representation of global cultures at Capgemini. GOLD
facilitates equitable experiences for all, inspires a
heritage of intellectual curiosity through sensitivity
and understanding and builds a cohort of leaders with
global perspectives and cross-cultural thoughtfulness.
LIFE: LIFE is an Employee Resource Group that
shares information and resources to help you
determine what works best for you to achieve a
balanced life. LIFE’s objectives are to: • Raise
awareness on new and innovative resources to
support an improved lifestyle; • Provide forums for
employees and leaders to share their concerns,
knowledge and experiences on wellness related
matters; and • Organize community events that
encourage and support employees in leading
integrated and productive lives.
14. Mentoring Matters: Mentoring MattersMentoring Matters is one of eleven Employee
Resource Groups at Capgemini. Our goal is to help connect our employees across North
America with a mentoring partner to strengthen and develop employee networks provide
guidance related to the attainment of career and personal aspirations foster a culture of
coaching and sense of inclusion.
MIC: The Millennial Innovation Council (MIC) is an Employee Resource Group focused on
driving innovation within and outside of Capgemini. We are a sandbox for employees across
generations to push the envelope, develop new ideas, and challenge status quo. We have
over 500 members across 12 chapters in North America. Our initiatives range from
hackathons and networking with startups, to board games, paint nights and volunteering for
local charities. We strive to inspire individuals within our community to innovate, create and
lead.
15. VERG: Veteran Employee Resource Group : Our
mission is: To assist Veterans in building successful
careers at Capgemini by employing the skills,
experience, and dedication they bring, as well as
providing opportunities to the families of Veterans as
a tribute to their service. The VERG is led by Sara
Watson, Nolan Melson, and Paul Dailey. Our
Executive Sponsor is Randy Cozzens. We are
assisted by our very capable and enthusiastic local
office leads across North America.
WomenLEAD: To cultivate and sustain a culture
where women can thrive at Capgemini. We provide
growth, balance, and leadership opportunities through
excellence, action, and development by empowering
women and men to work together to bridge the
gender gap.
