I am delighted to have the chance to write this letter of reference for Mr Ken Hsieh. I was his
immediate supervisor during the time he worked at Kefron, and he reported directly to me
when carrying out his tasks and projects.
Ken was employed as an assistant in our marketing department between the 30th of March
and the 18th of May. Ken worked on several important data cleansing projects and assisted
on the implementation of our new Customer Relation Management Database, which was
successfully introduced in June this year. Ken proved to be very good with detail, had a
positive attitude, able to take direction and eager to learn.
I found Ken to be extremely polite, well-mannered, a fast learner and able to communicate
well at all levels. Ken came to work in a very busy commercial office, made many friends and
we were all very sorry to see him leave.
I therefore offer my recommendation of Mr. Ken Hsieh without reservation. If you have any
