improve.
Simptoms: 1. General pain located in the neck area as well as stiffness in the neck
muscles.
2. The pain may radiate down to the shoulder or between the shoulder blades.
3. It may also radiate out into the arm the have or up in to the head causing a
one sided or double sided headache.
4. The muscles in the neck area tense sore and feel hard to touch.
5. Acute pain gives rise to abnormal neck posture in which the head is forced to
turn to one side.
6. The pain at the base of the skull may be accompanied by a feeling of
weakness in the shoulders and arms.
7. There may be a precluding and tingling sensation in the arms and fingers.

2. Diagnosis: Testing the movement of the neck testing for trapped nerves. Examination
of the muscles. Examination of the movement of the faints of the spin, neck and hands.
Treatment: Exercise programme to strengthen the neck is a good idea. Pranayama and
