You hear a lot about side gigs or side work these days. How can you leverage and turn this kind of work into a competitive advantage or potential promotion? Join us as we define what side work is (and isn’t), explore the benefits of a side gig, and learn how to identify interesting side work that can potentially transition you to your next opportunity. After some time getting to know each other, we'll go through some exercises to brainstorm what you want to learn or explore at work or with clients and then discuss how you might get there.
If you want to improve your skills and expand your visibility to remain current and relevant in today’s competitive and quickly changing workplace, this is the presentation for you! So join us to get out of your comfort zone, think creatively, and move toward the future with the help of the presenters and fellow attendees. We promise it will be an interactive, motivational, and fun experience.
